What are lash extensions?Lash extensions are semi-permanent fibers that are individually attached to your natural lashes using a cosmetic-grade adhesive. They are designed to enhance the length, curl, and volume of your lashes.
-
Are lash extensions safe?Yes, lash extensions are safe when applied by a trained professional. We use high-quality, cosmetic-grade adhesive to ensure the safety and health of your natural lashes.
-
Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes? When applied correctly and care for properly, lash extensions should not damage your natural lashes. It's important to avoid rubbing or pulling at them and follow the aftercare instructions provided.
-
How long do lash extensions last?Lash extensions typically last 5-7 weeks, depending on your natural lash cycle and how well you care for them. We recommend the following time frames and remaining lashes: Mini Fill (1-2 Weeks): 60%-80% of lashes remaining. Fill (2-3 Weeks): 40%-60% of lashes remaining. Fill+ (3-4 Weeks): 25%-50% of lashes remaining.
-
Do you offer foreign lash fills? At Mish Beauty, we offer no extra charges for foreign fills. However, we require that the previous lash work is done correctly and in good condition for us to proceed. If the quality is not up to our standards, we reserve the right to refuse the fill, and a removal with full set will be necessary.
-
How should I care for my lash extensions?Clean your lashes at least once daily with a lash-safe cleanser. Avoid rubbing or pulling at the lashes. Avoid high heat sources as it may cause the lash extension curls to weaken or may melt the fibers. Using oil-free makeup and skincare products will help extend the life of your lash extensions.
-
Can I wear makeup with lash extensions?Yes, but we recommend avoiding oil-based or waterproof mascaras and eyeliners, as these can weaken the adhesive bond and shorten the lifespan of your lash extensions.
